Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Opened packs are eligible for return if less than 50% of the strips have been used
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
How to return
- Email us at support@getfacetape.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll send you a return shipping label (free for EU customers)
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest postal service
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@getfacetape.com with a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
