We stand behind every strip. If FaceTape does not meet your expectations, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No hassle, no complicated process.

Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Opened packs are eligible for return as long as less than 50% of the strips have been used. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date, and proof of purchase is required.

How to return

Start by sending an email to support@getfacetape.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond with a return shipping label, which is free for all EU customers. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest postal service. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Refunds

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@getfacetape.com and include a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
